Coming soon… join certified Anusara yoga teacher Sarah Starnes on Sunday, September 12th from 3-5pm for an intermediate backbending workshop, Sarah will guide you through a challenging practice, exploring how to therapeutically align the spine for scorpion pose and other intermediate backbends. Aligning with Anusara’s Universal Principles of Alignment™, she will demystify deep backbending to help you feel more comfortable and safe in a family of poses that is so wonderfully healing and beneficial for the body, mind and heart!
